Dr. Henry Canton
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Canton joined CPBL/Top Juice Limited, having previously been Minister for Works, Transport, Citrus and Bananas in the Government of Belize from 1998. Dr. Canton received his Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Gwelf, Ontario, Canada. Former Assistant CEO of Citrus Company of Belize Limited, Dr. Canton also owns the grove management company Agricultural Development Services.

Jaime Alpuche
Chief Operations Officer

Jaime Alpuche has over 25 years work experience in the Public Sector with 12 years in the Ministry of Finance, six of which was as Financial Secretary. Mr. Alpuche holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (Lower Second Class Honors) from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica and a Masters in Business Administration from Strathclyde Graduate Business School, Scotland.

Kent Herrera
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Herrera has over 17 years experience in financial management in the Belize citrus industry. Mr. Herrera joined CCB in 1988. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Fordham University in New York and is a graduate and member of FCCA (UK) and also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Belize. He holds an MBA qualification form (UK).

John Bryon Bowman
Factory Manager

Mr. Bowman has 11 years work experience in the citrus industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Citrus from Florida, USA.

Nikita Usher
Manager - Administration & Finance

Mr. Usher has 14 years of work experience in the citrus industry with CCB and CPBL. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration with a minor in Accounting.

Anthony O. Romero
Agriculture & Fruit Logistics Manager

Mr. Romero has 9 years work experience in the citrus industry. Mr. Romero holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agronomy from the School of Agriculture for the Humid Tropical Region (EARTH - Acronym in Spanish).
